Soaring Eagles Holds PCA Appreciation Luncheon

February 27, 2018 Danielle Long Crow

Last week our Soaring Eagles Home Care office in Phoenix held their PCA Appreciation Luncheon.

"We gave out two kinds of certificates," said Arizona Regional Manager Lorita George. "'First Responders' - for always being available and on the job when needed. And 'Dedication and Commitment' - for upholding our motto 'Honoring Those We Serve.'"

"These are words translated through the acts of quality care-giving provided by our PCAs with Soaring Eagles Home Care," said Lorita. "Serving our elders and disabled in our communities across the southwest is the hard-working team that answers the call of duty rain or shine. I am blessed and humbled by the demonstration of dedication and commitment from each caregiver day in and day out.

"Despite the long hard days filled with unexpected outcomes, the caregivers touch the lives of clients with kindness and gentle hands and most often remain unnoticed or under appreciated. But today we recognize our caregivers for their invaluable contribution in doing a job well done.

"As Mother Teresa put it, 'It is not how much you do, but how much love you put in the doing.'"

Well said, Lorita. And thank you & congratulations to all the hardworking Soaring Eagles staff!
